I have a first hand on understanding what it is to bring quality products with a 100% customer satisfaction. For someone who has been personally in this field for over 20 years. In numerous roles of Technical Manager IT support and Customer Services Specialist. Q.A specialist for major telecommunication company. Such as Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Microsoft, LG to just name a few. With my expertise and years of services in big tech roles. I’m bringing quality and amazing customer service to this company. I decided after my last layoff back in 2021. To start my own refurbished computer company and bring my vast expertise. As well as implement these good unique traits, I have learned over 20 years to start my own business. The name Logistics Fundamental USA where i am dedicated to bringing quality to products for all classes of people for an affordable price. With a simple concept of great reliable products, affordable pricing with outstanding customer service. As a small business owner I definitely appreciate the support that the customer brings by purchasing my product line. The reason why customer satisfaction is a must.
